Information for parents
Fever at 2am or ear pain at bedtime? Send a portal message overnight. Our nurses review messages when the office opens and often offer an appointment before the phones turn on. Please don't call if you've already sent a message — if you haven't heard back by 9am, call us then.
Fever, ear pain, vomiting, head lice? The Kids Doc Symptom Checker from HealthyChildren.org can help you decide what to do next. Still unsure? Give us a call.
We close only for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We're open on all other federal holidays, and typically open for sick patients the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve when they fall on a weekday.
